Introduction to automated processes
Feeding: Materials are sucked in by the vacuum at the top of the tank; the amount of material entering is controlled by the weighing system.
Stirring: A homogenizer is installed at the bottom of the batching tank. Stirring speed can be set freely (stirring speed setting range: 0-50rpm, homogenization speed setting range: 0-2800rpm. Stirring/homogenization start time setting: according to the formula process (the time can be set or after a certain material is added ).
Heating and cooling: There are temperature sensors at the bottom of the batching tanks, which can detect the temperature of the materials in the tank in real time. The heating and cooling systems can set temperature parameters. During heating and cooling, the medium enters the tank jacket through the valve at the bottom of the tank jacket and is output from the upper return port to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling the material;
Vacuum and pressurization: The built-in display and vacuum pressure gauge of the pressure transmitter can display the vacuum degree and positive pressure in the tank in real time; it is controlled by PLC and operated by touch screen.
·Discharging: After the batching is completed, the material liquid is automatically turned on to keep warm.
