The rotary cage type dryer is utilized for shaping and drying of soft capsules. This machine is designed to effectively reduce the moisture content of just pressed soft capsule skin and to meet the drying requirement.
Each rotating cage in the machine has two fans which are designed with large air volume and intensive design to facilitate the drying process. Additionally, each rotating cage can be independently rotated forward and backward, and its speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion.
For ease of use, the rotating cage control can be automatically controlled by PLC when the rotating cage is used as an online model with the host machine. Alternatively, it can be manually controlled when the intervention runs alone.
The Tumbler Cage Blower of the dryer has a power of 290W and is capable of providing a maximum airflow of 1900m3/h per cage. The dryer has two cages which means that the total airflow is 3800m3/h. This makes the TIENMIN Soft Capsule Tumbler Dryer a highly efficient rotary cage dryer unit that can process up to 50kg of soft capsules at a time.
